No capsid, no anti-AAV immunity, and no genome cutting. Non-integrating by design — a cleaner safety story than CRISPR or lentivirus.

The written copy keeps expressing long-term — and a self-renewing version duplicates each cell division, holding up even in growing pediatric tissue where AAV fades.
